Responsibilities
Candidates can look forward to regular client contact, a role in Engineering, And technical Troubleshooting
- Install, Upgrade,Support and troubleshoot Windows based laptops and Desktops;
- Assist users in taking backups and transferring user data;
- Attendance and Technical support at webcast events and other meeting that require audio visual or other technical support;
- Willing to work late hours and travel to different parts of the country on a regular basis;
Skills/Experience
- Digree, Diploma or Certificate in Information technology/Networking or Equivalent;
- Hans on experience in working with routers and switching configurations;
- Sound Knowledge and experience of Microsoft windows environment;
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
- A keen grasp of information technology;
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
- Positive, “can do” attitude.
