Mahesh joined CQI in early 1996 as a QA Assistant and was subsequently promoted to QA & Factory Manager, a position he held for close to 2 decades.  As of 2023, he is the General Manager with over 27 years of experience in the high purity quartz powder manufacturing industry.Mahesh is responsible for the overall production and quality assurance of the company, as well as new product development and employee training. Mahesh has undergone intense training, successfully completing multiple programs conducted primarily by Tatsumori Malaysia as QA & Production personal and thereafter by Tatsumori Ltd. Japan as a collaborator. He has won many awards such as Management Representative for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems. He considers one of his greatest achievements to be the one when he led CQI to achieve ISO 9001 quality management systems certification. He also developed and implemented the quality management system of CQI to achieve Japanese standards
