Mark has been the CEO / Director of BC Agro-tronics (Pvt) Ltd since 2015, with over 36 years of industry experience, he adds boundless value to the company.

Prior to this role, Mark served as the General Manager of Lalan Eco Fields and Lalan Engineering for over 5 years.

Mark currently oversees all activities related to BC Agro-tronics (Pvt) Ltd.

Exploring new avenues to form strategic partnerships with the Agriculture industry in Sri Lanka and its economy, BC Agro – tronics was incorporated in 1981 as a subsidiary of Bartleet Group with the primary goal of fulfilling the interests of the Agriculture Sector.

From the inception, with an unrelenting passion of seeking avenues to increase Productivity within the Tea Industry, BC Agrotronics has introduced many revolutionary technologies.  Notably, the latest Auto intelligent / remote mode Electronic Colour Separator from Meyer, Vibrio Fluid Bed Drier for CTC & Orthodox of Kilburn and Boilers from Multitech – India which has immensely contributed towards enhancing the sale value of the end product whilst making a huge saving on energy and providing excellent after sale service through our locally and overseas trained and technically sound staffs.

BC Agro-tronics (Private) Ltd has also teamed up with Premier Irrigation Equipment Pvt. Ltd (PIEL) the pioneer of modern, water conserving irrigation systems in India who counts more than 50 years’ experience in agriculture industry in India and overseas covering over 1.5 million Ha of plantation / agriculture & horticulture land through sprinkler and drip irrigation system.
