Upul Thalagoda graduated with a specialization in Chemistry at the Institute of Chemistry (Ceylon).  He commenced his carrier at Ceylon Tobacco as a Field Instructor.  He previously worked for Pelwatta Sugar as Superintendent.  He was also a Director – CIC Agri Business for 19 years overlooking the Tea Sector and Sugar Cane Fertilizer inputs.  He was a Project Manager – Heujay International Flower Company. He is working as Consultant to BC Agrotronics – selling Colour Sorters, Dryers, Boilers and Micro Irrigation Systems.
